Visiting professional seeks furnished housing

I am an IT professional coming to SW Houston for an extended work period, and looking for a 1 bedroom apartment that:
1. is furnished or part furnished
2. is close to Westheimer & Beltway (ideally within 15 minutes drive)
3. has parking for one car.

I will be on an open ended work contract and as such cannot commit to a lease, unless there are provisions in the lease that will allow me to break the lease without heavy penalties. Ideally, a month to month arrangement would best suit me, with a reasonable notice period. I could be there 3 months, I could be there 3 years, probably realistically something in between.

I will be in town in early November and would ideally like to line a couple of places up to see when I arrive.

When responding, please:
(1) confirm if furnished or if part furnished, what furniture will be there
(2) let me have address with zip code so I may consult mapquest to get an idea of distance from my work location
(3) state the rent, and let me know if it includes or excludes utilities, internet etc.

Please note, I am not interested in sharing a condo/house/etc.
