I am moving to Austin at the beginning of January and need to rent a place starting at the beginning of January.(6 month lease preferred) I am looking for a large apt/condo or home: a large 1br/1bath or a 2 br/2ba just for myself. I have no pets & 1 car. I would prefer a w/d connection in the unit, but not a must-have. subleases are also OK.Nothing under 700 square feet. central a/c, quiet neighborhood (would prefer there not to be lots of loud students), good parking. spacious loft layout with walkin-closet and bathroom preferred but definitely not a must. I would also like to know the approx utilities for the residence. If you contact me, please includes unit or complex name & photos or a link where i can see them. Thanks. Budget: $600-750. I will be taking a trip to Austin in mid-November and would like to visit several places to choose from then. I am looking mainly in north Austin area.
