Hey, everyone. My name is Nicole and I am looking for a very specific place. I have tried Craigs list before and had very creepy men offer the world only to have them try and pressure me to go out with them or to offer them disgusting massages in return for free rent. So I would love the lowest price possible, but above all I am looking to either rent a very private room from a WOMAN....who is not psycho. I am laid back, pay my rent on time, HATE DRAMA...and I have a small dog. If you are iffy on pets dont bother calling. I rather be homeless than leave my 8lb small Shitzu.
He does not shed. He is house trained, and does not bark at all....but he is old..13 and he has an occasional accident but I can keep him in my room and am diligent about cleaning up anything he may do. He is harmless, has lost most of his teeth and doesnt see that well, but he is loveable and clean and leaves no hair behind. I hate dog hair, but if you have a dog Im fine with that. He gets along with cats and so do I. I love pets. Kids are fine as long as they are not too crazy and respectful of my space. If you are a woman who needs help watching them OCCASIONALY....
Im 35 years old, fun. Warm. Im not the type of person to talk your ear off. If you can afford to rent to me very cheap at first, it will not go unnoticed. IF ANYONE OUT THERE HAS A FREE PLACE PLEASE CALL. One woman one time offered me a small trailer for me and Checkers (my dog)....If I had a car I would have taken it in a heart beat. I thought it was the kindest gesture. Thank you in advance to anyone who would like to consider me for something like that.
Ideally, I would love a private entrance and private bathroom. A small fenced in yard for the dog to play in would be cool. HE IS NOT AN OUTSIDE DOG THOUGH SO DONT ASK PLEASE. LOL. These are not deal breakers but I CAN NOT MOVE INTO A HOME WHERE SOMEONE IS WATCHING MY EVERY MOVE OR SNEAKING AROUND IN MY ROOM. The last person I lived with was a man that seemed very nice until I found out he was sneaking around in my underwear drawer and trying to act like Ceaser Milan with my old dog. Thats what kind of put me off to living with a guy. The girl before that had mental issues and refused to take her bipolar medicine so when we ran out of toilet paper one day she nearly had a major breakdown by breaking dishes and punching the wall. (Sigh)....I just want someone NORMAL...or at least as normal as possible. Im not a saint, but Im very calm and freindly. I have a boyfreind that will probably come by occasionaly. Hes cool as a fan 420 friendly....as well as I am...but I dont smoke cigarettes. When I come home from work, I like reading, watching tv and having a nice glass of wine. We dont have to be best friends, but I would like someone who is chill that may want to eat dinner or watch tv once in a while. The bipolar chic I lived with for 3 months acted like I wasnt in the house and refrained from even once saying hello. It was just weird. I felt like I wasnt suppossed to leave my room. Cant have that again.
I would rather have ALL bills included than worry about communicating if a bill is due. However, its ok if you would rather bills be serparate. I do need a bus route for now as I am trying to find a low rent place so I can buy a car. I have great references and dont mind sharing them with you. Washer and dryer or at least a near by facility is a must. NO control freaks...I rather you tell me what ticks you off before you offer your place. If you are in a postiion of financial stability and dont mind being just a good person offering a very, very low rent at least for the first few months I could use it. Im trying to get back on my feet especailly with the car situation. After I find me an old stable car...I dont mind paying a good amount. I DONT MIND BARTERING MY SERVICES AT ALL SINCE I WORK SUCH FEW HOURS. I can watch kids, clean help with writing papers or simply assisting in any way in exchange to free rent.
