I am a single mom in need of housing. I have dependable job and court ordered child support that is automatically withheld from ex-spouses income. I prefer at least 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and I have two cats who are litterbox trained and no claws. Locatin must be in the Hays High School area. I am flexible on move-in date and can give you a deposit of $1000.00. The maximum I can afford to pay per moth is $1050.00. Due to divorce and lengthy custody battle, I have horrible credit. But I am dependable, and responsible, non-smoker and do not drink or do drugs. Please respond if you have anything available. I prefer to deal direclty with owners.
