Short term housing for single 47yo male

I am looking for some sort of a short term arrangement for housing in the central Austin area. Either furnished or unfurnished. I am single, 47 years old, and have an 18lb male Italian Greyhound. I have two kids that live with their Mother. I do not have a job, but have paid my rent on time at my current apartment in Houston for nearly the past two years.

I am open to some sort of barter agreement if your home needs minor repairs or updating.
