Looking for quiet home

I am a 33 year old female. I do not smoke or do drugs, but drink on occasion. I am quiet and respectful of others privacy. I tend to get along better with men, so I am looking for a MALE roommate(s). Im not into drama or parties and am looking for a nice, quiet household. I want to stay around $400/month.

Must have:
No cats
No drugs
No smokers (inside or outside the home)
Wireless Internet. I can set this up as long as the house already has Roadrunner.
Be within 10 minutes of 183/35.

Prefer:
Private bathroom
Off-stree parking
Month-to-month lease
All bills paid
Only 1 roommate
No children

Please give me some details about the room you have for rent (size, location, amount, ABP, how many roommates private bath, deposit etc.). I would like to wait to move until after the holidays (sometime in January), but can move sooner if I find the right place and moving in ASAP is a requirement.
