Need Roommate to Rent 2BR/2Bath Apartment

Hello,

Im a 23 year old male UTA student in search of a person to rent a 2 bedroom apartment with in North Arlington near 30 and cooper. I am looking at signing a lease once January hits (Jan. 1 if possible). I have everything to furnish a living room (big tv / sectional couches / coffee table), have my own dishes and just about anything needed for a place. We would split bills 50/50 (cable/tv/water/electric). I have found a complex that looks nice and has a washer/dryer already inside.

About me: I like watching sports, listening to music, playing some video games and watchin movies. I dont smoke cigarettes (am 420 friendly but very infrequently do it), and drink socially. Im not a big partier and for the most part am quiet. I like keeping my place pretty clean, so slobs dont apply! I also have a girlfriend who spends a few nights a week with me, but wont be living there / have any of her stuff there. I also have a weiner dog who is extremely friendly and who I put in a kennel when Im not at home.
