Need Housing for Mom and Son

I am a working mom with stable work history, one son and a dilemma.

We are in an apartment right now, and will most likely be forced to break this lease due to the management not fixing anything and the conditions of the apartment itself.

I am looking to rent a townhome or another apartment.

But I need to do something fast within the week probably.

I have only 250$ I can give someone right now to secure an apartment

However I do get paid 2 times a month.

I will be asking the complex I am in now to supply me with a reletting paper from the complex to show proof.

I need somewhere within walking/biking distance to Weaver elementary on Pleasant Valley.

Please let me know what you have and we can discuss it further.
