I need 2 rooms for rent in the Pasadena/ Deer Park/ La Porte area. I have a job, but I recently took a major cut in pay and can no longer afford my apartment plus all the extra costs that come with it. I am a responsible, clean individual and my 4 y.o. is well behaved as well. She will not be around very much as she likes to stay at my familys houses. I have my own furniture, so furnished or not is not a problem. If you have something available, please let me know. I also cook and clean if someone is looking for help in that area I prefer a male close to my age, or an older female. I am a nonsmoker, I do not do drugs, and I am only a social drinker (but I usually just go out instead of stay at home to drink).
