We are a family of 3, husband, wife and a 6 years old little boy, we are very laid back, no smoking and clean and would like to keep it this way.
Nice size bedroom with closet in a 4 bedroom house with 2 half bath, you will have your own bathroom, parking available and the rent include all utilities, we live in a very quiet and safe area in Cedar Park.
We got a puppy and a cat in case of allergy.
We require a deposit of $100 and we will give it back to you in the end of the contract.
