Hello,
I am a mature (40s) man looking for an affordable, safe apartment in a small complex, garage apartment, or similar arrangement. I am experienced with handyman/repairs, gardening/landscaping and would be willing to provide these services wherever I live.
I am quiet, responsible, very clean, no pets, non-smoking, degreed professional currently in the job market, but with financial resources to pay all my expenses until the right job comes along. I have lived in Austin for over 10 years and love it here.
I would like a place with at least 450 sq ft, lots of light, a decent kitchen (I love to cook), and adequate storage. I prefer Central Austin, but am open to any location.
