I am looking to rent a room or even possibly 2 for my 8 yr old daughter and myself and our small dog, Elvis. We are a very quiet family and need a stable and long term place to reside. Thanks to an ex-husband I have horrible credit right now and I am working my butt off to try to fix it without having to file bankruptcy. We are drama free and prefer to be in a safe environment sans drama. We are home in the evenings and on the weekends. And again we are quiet and stay to ourselves mostly. Heck the dog doesnt even bark unless someone comes to the door. He is friendly with all people and all other animals. He is neutered and very healthy and well cared for. I work at a very reliable job and can afford to pay up to $600 a month for rent and utilities. Now, DVR and high speed wireless internet would be great but not required.
I am looking for something we can move into in about a month or two and someplace where we can stay for at least a year or two at the minimum. I work in an industry with highly sensitive documents and I passed that background check with flying colors so I can pass anyone you want to input my info into.

I am trying to start over so we dont have much in the way of furniture and belongings but two rooms would be better if I can find something for $600 a month for 2 rooms.
