Reliable; Professional; Respectful

Im a laid back professional married man, who has a family and a home in Dallas. I will be working in Katy for about a year and a half, and need a place to lay my head. But covering a mortgage, a daughter in college and now an apartment/rent/etc I need to be frugal. I need an all inclusive package. I am reliable.

Im not looking for a date or to party - I dont even care about your lifestyle (unless your running a meth lab lol) But will respect YOUR rules in YOUR home. All I ask is during sleep time (you know,say between 11:00 PM and 6 am), I can sleep. Otherwise Ill be out of your hair, but will help with house chores, play wingman, confidant, whatever.

What I lack in paying what your place is probably worth, I make up for in taking care of your asset; Being on time and full payment for rent; And no drama.

My references, credentials, and credit are perfect.
