Good Evening!
I’m not really sure how I can swing this but I thought I’d try posting something to see what I can find.
My fiancand I are looking for a House with at least a 2 car garage or some area to park three cars (we have our two cars and an extra truck), at least 2 bedrooms, somewhere we can consider home and a place to live at for quite awhile! I am a full time student and he does have a full time job! We have never given our landlords any problem and we have great references as well as GREAT renter’s history.
My only downfall in trying to locating a home that would suit us well is
My fianclikes to work on his race car at home. ((If we can not find a neighborhood that will allow him to do this I’m sure I can talk him into seeing if he can find some other place to work on the car at.)) He doesn’t like to ‘trashup the garage (he gets mad if he can’t find something so he takes better care of the garage than most would) haha! So, I can assure you that the garage would not be trashed out and he doesn’t like to work on it at night (he is really thoughtful of our neighbors)!
I do have two inside cats, a pug (she is usually in her cage) and an outside dog. All of our animals are CLEAN and potty trained! I really don’t like to smell like we live in a litter box!
Lastly, we don’t really have a timeframe to ‘getinto a new house. I am just browsing! I would say we are looking for a place in February or March (ish)!
