Hi,
I am a retired art teacher and now a full time artist, just moved here from Oregon, staying with friends, looking for a BRIGHT, creative, duplex or condo with good air flow, small patio, 2 bdrm, 2 bath, hardwood floors would be nice.
I have rented the same house for 12 years, no evictions, okay credit (no late car payments), I have NO credit card debts, clean background check and teaching certificates in 4 states.
Dont have my dog with me right now, but would like for that to be an open possibility. Shes BIG which means mellow in the dog world. She is exercised daily, doesnt bark, chew or jump on people and has had obedience training. Cleaning is a favorite pastime, I know how to swing a mop.
NO APARTMENTS PLEASE! Looking for condo or duplex, thanks for reading.
If you have anything to show us, please respond. I would like something roomy and a small patio for painting.
