SINGLE MOM NEEDS HOUSING IN BUDA OR KYLE

Good afternoon. I am a single mom needing housing in Buda or Kyle. Must be within the Hays High School boundary. I have one child and two cats. I am non-smoker, non-drinker and have never (and never will) use drugs. I would prefer a 3 bedroom but would be happy with a 2/2. A yard would be nice. I have excellent income and job history, as well as a very stable job. I have many references/professionals who can vouch for me. Unfortunately, I have bad credit due to a very messy and drawn out divorce and custody battle. But that has concluded and I have court ordered child support of $1700 that is automatically withdrawn from ex-spouses check.

I am NOT interested in any live in situations that offer free rent in exchange for FWB (so do not reply!) and I do not believe a "roommate" situation will work for us. Sorry.

The area must be safe and kid friendly.
