I need a 1 bedroom sublet asap. My rental history is good but my credit is not great due to a divorce. I need a apartment on the top floor, some kind of view other than parking lot. TOP FLOOR ONLY...bad experience living below someone. I only want an apartment no guest house. I would prefer arboretum area or round rock 45/aw grimes area.
No apartment locators please.
Let me know. I can move in and pay rent next weekend.
