The apartment is 975 sqft, and its newly remodeled, so it has stained concrete flooring (a pretty rose brown), white crown molding, tan painted walls, and pink-brown granite tiles on the kitchen counter. The unit has washer/dryer hookups, but I just use the laundry room, which is a few seconds walk away on the apartment grounds.
The apartment for a 12 month lease is $835/mo, and that would come out to $417.50 each.
The deposit is $199, $75 is non refundable and $124 is refundable. I have already paid this, and I will expect half from my future roommate, and youll receive your half of the refundable portion back when we move out. You wont need a guarantor.
Im a 23 yr old UT student, very serious about school, and I have a black cat, Vincent, whos 5 yrs old, very nice and well-behaved. I dont have much furniture, so theres plenty of room for yours. I have some kitchen stuff, but not many dishes. Call me or message me if youre interested!
