We are needing a home to rent

My husband and I are looking for a home to rent. We are currently in a duplex that we moved into in Sept. 2009. The duplex is falling apart and has several problems we cant use any sinks, tiolets or bathtubs because they back water up into our bathroom,there is a whole in our roof and cieling. Its ridiculous we have a five month old son and he doesnt need to be living in this enviroment. I have called our landlord i cant count how many times but he refuses to call me back or answer my calls. We cant fix all these problems and he isnt willing to help us so we need to move. We can afford 700.00 a month thats what we are paying now but if possible we wont like to find something a little cheaper. My husband has a juvinile felony so we need someone that will work with us if this is you please email me and lets talk. Thank you, Ashley
