I just moved here from LA and am working with an angency that is willing and ready to pay ALL my move in costs and up to first 6 months FULL rent.
I am an internet professional who had the misfourtune of a marriage gone wrong 6 years ago that caused me a judgement on my credit
for an eviction. So I need a place willing to rent to me with maybe a higher security deposit (No object) and willing to as well put any
application / admin fees into the security costs as well.
My only requirements for what I need is that
It be in the northern area of dallas/garland/plano/mckinney
I do need the place to have at least 1 bedroom, a outdoor/comunity or private hot tub, and be under 800/850 a month and ready to rent to me NOW.
