Front Desk Person Needed for Afterschool Program

Heart House after-school program is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and proactive person to work our front desk!

Front Desk duties include:
Checking students in and out of our attendance database.
Greeting parents, volunteers and other visitors.
General supervision of students during program time.
Assisting Executive Director with various administrative with various task
Attend one hour staff meeting weekly

These are some of the qualities we will be considering in each candidate:
At least 18 years of age
Criminal background check
Drug test
Experience working with children
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Organized, able to multi-task
Flexible and adaptable
Team player
Positive attitude
