Yonsei University Foreign Language Institute is coordinating a 2010 Winter English Camp, GIFT (Global Immersion program For the Talented). FLI (Foreign Language Institute) will provide high-quality English Camp to low- intermediate level to advanced level students. GIFT will not only provide intense studies but also gives chances for them to learn how to become a Global Leader. We would like to welcome teachers who are willing to participate in this program.
◆ Opening Positions: Teachers for the GIFT program
Program Period: January 4, 2010 January 30, 2010 (4 weeks)
Class/Work Hours:
- Mon ~ Fri: 12:00 pm to 7:30 pm
- 1st, 3rd Sat: No Class
- 2nd, 4th Sat: Full day activities or classes
Student Category: Elementary to middle school students.
Class Size: 8 - 10 students per class
Curriculum and teaching material: Provided
Qualifications: Teachers who are currently or formerly employed in public or private elementary, junior high, and high schools in U.S. We would like to welcome who are young and enthusiastic about teaching. Language Art and English teachers are preferred.
Compensation Rate: Approximately 3,000,000~3,100,000 won (housing allowance included). It is negotiable depend on the educational background and work experience of the applicants. We will arrange accommodation for you. Please refer to the following information.
Residence (Motel Level): It’s a Korean-style lodging with private shower & bath room. Desk, chair, closet, refrigerator, bed, TV, and free internet connection are provided. The room size varies depend on the price. The price ranges from 450,000 won 550,000 won for 30 days, and the size of the rooms are 100-120 square feet.
Other Support: Airfare support is 1,000,000 won
