Directors of Sales answer in-coming customer inquiries and follow-up with prospective customers via phone and email. Directors must have a polished, professional phone presence and an ability to articulate Catalysts unique strengths and capabilities. Sales and test prep / education industry experience a plus. Directors are paid hourly, with performance-based commission. Candidates must be able to work standard business hours, 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday. Elite college degree preferred.
