The Beverly Hills Tutoring Center. We are at the forefront of one-on-one, in-home tutoring and test preparation for K-12 students in Beverly Hills and adjacent areas since 1990. We provide tutoring services to children of high-profile clients from the entertainment, sports, law, medical, and fashion industry.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking outstanding tutors to work in the greater Los Angeles Area, including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Pacific Palisades.
You will be representing our company and its excellent reputation. You must have an impeccable, professional yet casual appearance, be extremely dependable, and have an outstanding academic background. You must have previous tutoring/teaching experience, and at least a junior standing at a University. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and an excellent GPA preferred. You must have reliable transportation with car insurance, a cell phone and an available Internet connection.
THE JOB:
It consists of teaching K-12 students in various subject areas. You must be ready to tutor between 5 to 20 hours per week (we offer flexible hours), and commit to this job until June 30, 2010. You will arrange your own schedule with students, and tutor them directly in their homes. You will be accountable for monitoring the students improvement, and submit monthly reports. We offer very competitive pay; with pay starting at $20/hour + depending on experience.

We are looking for tutors for the following:
Math: Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus (including AP and multi-variable Calculus), Statistics
Science: Biology, Chemistry, and Physics (including AP)
English: AP English Literature
History: AP US History, AP World History
Spanish (including AP level), French (including AP level)
Standardized Test Prep: SAT, CHSPE, ISEE, and SAT Subject Tests (English Literature, English Language, Math I, Math II, Spanish, Chemistry, Physics, Biology)
Tutors who can tutor in multiple subjects or at advanced levels STRONGLY PREFERRED
Location: Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, Westside
Compensation: $20/hour + depending on experience
