Kim Kardashian at Millions of Milkshakes in Hollywood
Kim Kardashian, taking control of the camera as she celebrated a friend's birthday at West Hollywood's Coco de Ville. After the reality star arrived – looking very fashion-forward in a one-shoulder, patterned cream dress – she started snapping away with her camera phone, first scoring pics of herself and pal Brandon Davis before jumping into a group picture. And though she mingled with sister Kourtney and her brother's girlfriend Adrienne Bailon, the starlet seemed more intent to play party photographer for the evening: When it was time to sing "Happy Birthday," she took pics of the birthday girl, then headed to the deejay booth, where Kardashian posed for even more photos.
• Also at Coco de Ville: Lauren "Lo" Bosworth, moving on the dancefloor with Frankie Delgado as Britney Spears's "Womanizer" played. The Hills star and the Bromance boy were spotted sharing a table at the club, but Bosworth acted pretty low-key, sipping co-cktails and texting on her BlackBerry most of the time.
• Paula Abdul, shopping with a male friend at Solstice Century City. "She was happy and friendly, squeezing the manager's cheeks and hugging the store employees," says a source. "Her friend was so excited because she purchased the $200 Emporio Armani frames for him."
• After waiting in line for her coffee at the Sunset Boulevard Starbucks in West Hollywood, Renée Zellweger offered some encouraging advice to her barista. The server told the Oscar winner that she had just finished a film that went straight to video. Replied Zellweger: "Every job is a big job. Do your best and it will work out!"
• Heather Locklear, enjoying an early dinner with a female companion at Café la Boheme in West Hollywood. The actress drank sparkling water with her meal and enjoyed quiet conversation over dinner.
• Elizabeth Banks and Camilla Belle escaped L.A. to the Tides Zihuatanejo in Mexico – but not together! The stars did dine at the hotel's La Marea restaurant at the same time, though. "Camilla was actually having dinner on the beach with her best friend," says a source. "Meanwhile Elizabeth was inside at the bar drinking margaritas with her hubby."
• Lil Wayne, bowling at New York's Bowlmor Lanes before sitting down for an interview with Katie Couric for the CBS anchor's Grammy special.
