On Monday, 19Oct09, I was the object of the lowest, most despicable slander I have ever witnessed. The perpetrator of this action has opened himself up to five separate and distinct counts of slander. I intend to track this individual down and bring suit against him for Trade Libel. This individual is a coward and a bully and needs to be brought before the law. He has impugned my character and caused grievous harm to my reputation. He has done this through the most cowardly of methods by posting anonymous notices attacking people on Craigslist in this section. We have all seen them; they are the ones obsessively quoting Hawaiis Contractor laws. I find it compelling that an individual that holds himself out in such strong support of the law is so willing to lie and break the law in order to further his twisted and obsessive cause. Regardless, following my contact with Craigslist Legal, his posting was removed.
I need this individual’s identity in order to bring suit against him. I can do this the hard way by having his Craigslist user & posting information subpoenaed and then work backwards through his IP address and ISP or, I can track down his identity with the help of locals: either way, I will find this individual. If you have any information pertaining to his identity then please respond to this posting. I do not need your identity; just your help.
This individual has lost the meaning of the “spirit of Aloha more likely it is something he never had. I don’t know what his circumstances are that drove him to such sick, twisted, obsessive and despicable behavior but there is no excuse for lying or bullying and it must not be allowed to go on unchecked. One never knows who his next victim might be; it might even be you.
