I’m in need of serious HELP. About a year and a half ago I went through a very nasty divorce in another state and was forced to move to Hawaii if I wanted to have an active part in my children’s lives. Since I have moved to Hawaii I have been faced with one challenge after another and I have tried to overcome each problem as they surfaced. However I know when I’m over my head and this is one of them.
I need someone who is able and competent to write a series of motions for me for family court and one for a small claims matter as a result of my divorce. I have very little money however I believe this would be a great project and or even extra cash for a law student or even a paralegal and or law clerk.
If you’re interested in helping someone who gave up everything just to be with his children I’m sure we can work out some type of arrangement.
