The most qualified candidate will have the following experience:
Solid understanding of Internet platforms and protocols
Strong basic programming skills: data structures, algorithms, boolean logic, templates, OO design
Experience developing and debugging C++ Linux server applications
Experience with Linux software packaging, installation, and distribution
Experience with shell scripting and Linux administration
Experience with one or more of these technologies: wxWidgets, sqlite, FUSE, embedded Linux
Experience doing real development with at least one other programming language
