Position Summary:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Work within constraints
* Establish & document best practices and processes
* Use of Telligent - Collaboration Software
* Daily interaction with CEO
* Daily maintenance/updates to existing sites
* Ability to stage environments and push pages
* Hire, train and manage outsource relationships
* Reside or willing to relocate to Atlanta area
* Daily Reporting & Project Management
Required Skills:
* Ability to write and understand standards based, semantic XHTML and CSS and modern layouts using tableless design fast and efficient
* A strong understanding of modern web practices to create an efficient user-experience
* A good understanding of cross-browser issues and their workarounds
* Expertise with PHP / MySQL
* Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
* Business minded with a marketing mindset
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Must be a team player and open to change
* Fun and Friendly attitude
* Must be willing to work long hours in needed
* Technology Management Experience, preferably CTO
* College Degree
