php programmer and web designer

I have a web program written in php that needs slight modification and to be configured so it can be uploaded to a new server. I also need ongoing support for future modifications. You will need to be good at going through someone elses code and picking up a few loose ends. The site was running but is now down and previous web person is out of business.
