Web Developer and SEO and Technical Expert Needed

Major online retailer in the United States is looking for a highly professional web developer to join its team. The web developer would be responsible for day-to-day tasks in updating the sites but also will continuously be involved in major site projects, like enhancing checkout flow, site search engine optimization and graphic redesign of site template.

We are looking to hire an individual (or company who can provide an individual) to work full time (40-50 hours) a week. We do not want freelancers who will be working on other projects at the same time. The opportunities for growth in our company are enormous and only a dedicated, full-time employee will be able to make the most of their time with us.

Responsibilities will include:
- E-commerce site development
- Pay Per Click Advertising Management (Adwords, Overture, etc)
- Database Marketing (data-mining and design of e-mail marketing campaigns)
- Sales Channel Management (Amazon, ebay, Shopping.com, etc)
- Search Engine Optimization/Marketing



Ideal candidate will be/have:

-Fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
- Minimum 5 years experience in web development, especially for e-commerce sites (preferably Yahoo Store). RTML, HTML, CSS, PHP, etc, preferred.
- Highly motivated and organized
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Able to work from own home office and from companys office in New Delhi when required. Most of work will be done from candidates home
-Familiar with Web 2.0 technologies
