Key Responsibilities:
Identify and determine action needed to resolve software problems, restart and recovery all system components and troubleshoot system communications, internet connections and end user problems.
Basic office administration skill, documents, data input, filing and answering phones, etc.
Qualifications:
Ability to setup & maintain computer hardware and software
Basic operating system experience Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 2003 & 2008 server
Solid understanding of networking, remote access support, Firewall and SPAM
Excellent communication skills and strong troubleshooting skills
