Description:
Work with client to design, develop, implement, and support customized software applications based on Microsoft.NET technologies.
Identify and develop requirements.
Support hardware and software architecture and configuration.
Evaluate hardware and software vendors and recommend products based on client needs and requirements.
Develop and maintain systems/project documentation.
Author and deliver end user training
Qualifications:
Experience developing web applications and web services using ASP.NET and the Microsoft .NET Framework. (2+ Years
Experience developing web applications and web parts integrating data from multiple sources and of multiple types. (e.g. Web services, databases, etc.) (2+ Years)
Ability to create project and user documents for client and internal use using Word templates and files. (1+ Years)
Ability to work with diverse development teams and development methodologies.
U.S. Citizen eligible for or holding Department of Defense security clearance. (Secret+ Level)
Additional Qualifications
Experience developing custom Microsoft SharePoint 2007 solutions. (1+ Years)
Experience architecting, deploying, configuring, customizing, and administering Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007
Microsoft SQL Server implementation, administration, development, and integration with external systems (e.g. ETL, web services, etc.). Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 preferred. (1+ Years)
Experience developing Business Intelligence solutions with Performance Point Server 2007 or Cognos.
Previous experience developing and/or implementing software solutions for the US Department of Defense
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a DOD security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements. A Secret clearance is required for this position.
