3NG Networks is a local VoIP provider looking for a new tech support agent. This is a fast paced position working directly with the sales team in deploying wholesale solutions and supporting our service offering. Additional responsibilities will include product training for partners along with providing technical support to subscribers with voice issues.
We ‘re looking for someone with the following skills:
*Fluent in both English and Spanish
*Excellent customer service
*Knowledge of: VoIP and SIP, WAN, LAN, VLAN, NAT, Routing, Switching & General Telecom understanding
*Cisco CCNE, CCNA (or very good proof of Cisco knowledge)
* Typing skills with proper spelling and grammar
Hours of operation are Monday Friday / 9am 6pm
