Its a sad, mad world...

I suppose my expectations were too high.. I guess finding a gentlemen on CL is not going to happen. I find most of the postings to be inappropriate.

Call me a hopeless romantic, but I have got to believe, there is someone out there that is looking for the truth. I realize also, I will get a lot of email telling me to go with the flow or back out. Maybe you are right..maybe now is not the time. But still, it makes me sad, the posts are either so desperate or discouraging.

A big Teddy bear, that likes people and they like him. A sweet soul. A man comfortable in his own skin. Not married..can read, can write, can be fun..willing to take a chance. Isnt that why we are here I have dated a few men, some nice, some not so..but I have made some new friends..

I want to feel that spark..That longing to see him or hear from him when he gets home. To talk about his day. My day. To make the world a nicer place to live.

Lets decorate the Christmas tree together. Over cook the Turkey....laugh at ourselves.
And not live beyond our means.. Trust, love, I want the entire package, but willing to wait for the right person.


Still hopeful in Michigan..
