Description:
We are looking for an energetic, experienced and hard-working person as a Leasing Consultant/Assistant Property Management for 150 units in the Denver and Fitzsimons Area. We are a fairly new and rapidly growing company looking for intelligent people with a desire to work in real estate, leasing, and property management.
Responsibilities:
-All aspects of leasing an apartment home including the application and lease process
-Locating and qualifying prospective residents
-Assisting current residents, collecting rents and addressing maintenance issues
-Executing lease renewals and moving in and out tenants
-SODAs
Requirements:
-Apartment leasing experience
-Reliable car - significant travel to be expected.
-Ability to schedule appointments and follow-up on inquiries from customers in a timely manner
-Ability address the concerns of current residents in a friendly and professional manner including maintenance work orders and complaints
-Strong organizational abilities, follow-up skills, and attention to details
-Strong sales and customer service background.
-Must adapt to changing schedules that most likely will include weekends and some holidays
-Includes showing apartments outside and around the apartment community
-College graduate.
-Ability to pass a stringent background and credit check.
Compensation:
Salary: $29,000/Year (includes travel reimbursement)
Leasing Bonuses: (Estd $6,000-$7,000/year)
Benefits after 90 Days (Health, Dental, Vision, Life) and Paid Holidays and Time Off
