Multi Unit Property Manager Needed

Position: Leasing Office Manager

The Leasing Office Manager will posses a minimum of four years property management experience and be farmiliar with all daily property management functions. We are seeking a professional who can help us manage 220+ units and we are growing rapidly. This person must be able to multi task efficiently, have excellent time management skills and is looking to grow with us. We offer a competitive salary, company paid cell phone, benefits, and housing.

Responsibilities:
*Responsible for leasing of all properties
*handle rent collections
*handle tenants maintenance requests
*schedule maintenance staff
*handle tenant complaints
*assist with evictions as necessary
*allow for smooth move in and move outs of all tenants
*deal with all local housing authorities and unit inspections
*manage leasing staff of 1-3 people
