Established and growing Property Management Company looking to hire new, talented agent!
Incredible opportunity in Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Denver would include both residential property management and residential real estate sales.
Daily activities will include showing houses for rent, coordinating repairs, handling tenant and owner needs, and listing new properties. Work from home or from our office (based at I-25 and Orchard).
Looking for someone:
1. Living in Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Denver Area (please limit inquires to individuals living in this area only)
2. Colorado Real Estate license - preference given to those with experience in property management
3. Full time availability
4. Self motivated, ready to "run" personality!
5. Good technology skills and comfortable with equipment (computer, Windows, Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, cell phone, digital camera, etc)
6. A winning "people person" personality AND high attention to detail and organization
