Marketing Agent / Consultant Experience in Mortgage Sales required
We are a local established company that is looking for an exceptional Marketing Agent / Consultant. If you are currently a licensed mortgage broker or processor, this position will be a refreshing change. You will train directly with the company manager. You will then be able to work independently from your home office. Must have a phone or cell phone with unlimited minutes (must have an excellent service provider with NO dropped calls!) and have quality internet access. Microsoft Excel is also helpful but not required. Daily updates / communication and weekly meetings will be mandatory.
This can be a long term position Full Time with excellent potential to make a very good living. A sharp and dedicated marketer with three successful closings per month can earn a minimum of $6000 and up.
Our product offers NO competition with plenty of need in this industry. This is NOT a MLM scheme! This is a true position with work needed…no cold calling. Because of our economy and the overwhelming response, we need to add this position.
You must have a min of two years mortgage sales experience with references. We will only hire a TOP quality individual as you will be contacting clients that have high net worth and would expect a very professional transaction / conversation. You must be professional (in appearance and over the phone), positive, energetic, loyal (to yourself and to us) and self-motivated. We do not expect to micro manage, you must meet or exceed your goals.
We are not looking for stressed out sales people…this is low key and no need to over sell! We DO want you to be money hungry, have an extreme good work ethic, be personable with a great attitude and you will reflect your pleasant personality over the phone. You must be willing to put in the hours necessary to better yourself and increase your sales. The higher your sales the more income potential you will have. You will be as successful as you desire to be. You will also have a self improvement mentality!
