Herman Group Real Estate has an immediate opening for experienced full-time Inside Sales/Telemarketers at our Cherry Creek location. Reporting directly to the Companys Director of Business Development, this position is responsible for:
Contacting Real Estate Agents
Educating potential Real Estate Agents about the Companys Power Agent program
Setting appointments for Recruiters and Managing Brokers
Tracking appointments and conducting weekly/monthly reporting on Agent hires
Candidates must be self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented. Individuals should have a proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of outside associates, internal personnel and senior management. Applicants should be energetic and have a professional telephone manner.
A minimum of one year telemarketing experience is required. Individuals with a real estate background will be given first priority.
