Family-owned investment firm has immediate opening for Assistant Property Manager located in downtown Denver. Duties include all aspects of property management for 10-story commercial office building including but not limited to budgets, tenant relations, lease administration, capital improvements and strategic business planning. Minimum 5 years of real estate and management experience; industry designations or pursuit of same preferred. Qualified candidates should submit resume, salary history and professional references.
