Leasing Agent - Part Time:
Experience in APARTMENT LEASING is a MUST!!!
Must have a High School Diploma or Higher
Working Knowledge of YARDI VOYAGER
Professional Dress (office casual) is Required
Must be able to work on Saturdays
Must be able to work well with others and do whats expected of you.
We our looking for someone with Excellent Closing Ratio - knows not only how to do a good tour with POTENTIAL RESIDENTS, but also knows how to CLOSE THE DEAL!!!
Must be able to pass a Background Screening and Drug Test.
Knowledge of Fair Housing is a BIG PLUS!!!
Above all, have a WINNING ATTITUDE and be willing to LEARN, and also HAVE LOTS OF FUN!!!
Maintenance Tech - Full Time:
Experience in Multiple Dwelling Units,is a MUST,
Must have a High School Diploma or Higher
Must have OWN TRANSPORTAION!!!
Must be able TO BE ON CALL!!!
Must know how to complete resident Work Orders
Must know how to interact with the Residents if needed.
EPA CERTIFIED A BIG, BIG, PLUS, but not Required!!!
Working Knowledge of Completing Make Readies in a TIMELY FASHION!!!
Be able to do SNOW REMOVAL!!!
Must be able to pass a Background Screening and Drug Test.
Knowledge of Fair Housing is a BIG PLUS!!!
Above all, have a WINNING ATTITUDE and be willing to LEARN, and also HAVE LOTS OF FUN!!!

Compensation: Based on Experience.
