SALARY RANGE: Negotiable depending on experience

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Leasing Specialist position is based out of Denver, Colorado. Country Club Towers and Gardens is looking for a career-minded, customer service oriented, self-motivated professional with leasing experience. We have a very enjoyable, close community and we are looking for an individual who wants to be a part of it. Our residents are very important to us!! An ability to multi-task with ease, take direction well, and have a positive attitude is essential.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Experience Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least one year of related experience in Real Estate field. Position requires proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Yardi experience is preferred. This candidate needs to be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED required.
