Experinced Apartment Maintenance Technichian and Supervisor needed for an A class property in the Downtown Denver Area
Must live within 30 minutes of downtown area
Must have reliable transportation
Must be willing to work on-call, and weekends as needed
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be HVAC certified
Must have CPO
Must know apppliance repair, plumbing, water heaters, etc.
Must be detailed oriented, have strong orqanization skills, and work well with others.
