1. Project Manager This position oversees all contracting functions, including acquisitions, listings, sales and closings for the entire contract. Serving as the primary contact for the client’s management team, the Contract Manager will ensure compliance with all contract requirements, guidelines and timelines.
a. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge. Experience with FileMaker Pro is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent job experience (minimum 5-7 years). Preference for real estate, mortgage/lending and/or appraisal experience.
