We are currently looking for a Leasing Manager to fill an open position in Glendale. The ideal candidate will have at least five years experience in the industry, a teachable attitude, strong leadership skills and a great personality.
A Leasing Manager for WAH is responsible for every aspect of a propertys leasing operations including marketing plans, staff management and leadership, product evaluations, market surveys, resident retention, generating traffic and converting prospects to residents. Our associates are highly trained professionals empowered to manage multi-million dollar properties in a dynamic, challenging environment.
