Holland Residential is seeking to identify a progressive Property Manager equipped to strategically manage Covington Ridge, a beautiful 216 unit apartment community in Thornton. Qualified candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills, sound management skills, & proven decision-making ability. We are seeking a driven, polished Property Manager that offers three to five years of previous experience in residential property management. Budget/operational reporting and knowledge of financial statements preferred. Previous experience with a 200+ unit residential property preferred.
The Holland Team consists of associates that demonstrate strong leadership, communication, team-building, and decision-making skills. A strong ability to financially strategize and manage a high profile site is required.

Ability to present and communicate with owners, residents, clients, etc.
Will monitor and direct rental activity both in occupied and vacant apartments, and for compliance with scheduling and monitoring of preparation of market ready units by both the maintenance and leasing staff.
Responsible for occupancy management, production and management of appropriate revenue growth, timely rent collection, policy and procedure compliance, and the propertys financial performance, as established in the annual operating budget.
Responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the assigned property and for meeting company goals in those areas.
