Wanted: Foreclosure Acquisition Sales Reps
** You will learn directly from our investor partners who have made millions, not only in the up market of 2005 and 2006, but also in today’s market. While others are getting out of real estate, we are busier than ever and have bought and sold over $90 million worth of real estate in 2009 ALONE! The principals of the company have been investing in real estate since 2002.**
What we do: We buy Foreclosures, Short Sales, REOs. We wholesale them, Fix & Flip them, and keep some for rentals.
Who we are: The principals of the company have been investing in Denver since 2003, and have bought and sold over $100 million dollars in Colorado residential real estate.
What we are looking for: You will be helping our investors identify distressed properties to purchase throughout the Valley. We will provide leads and training in order to help the right persons succeed.
Ideal candidates must posses:
Self-motivation
Excellent people skills
Determination
Negotiation skills
Perseverance & persistence
A sharp image
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
*Real Estate experience is a plus as long as you are teachable.
Income is paid in weekly commissions: $500 to $2000 a week depending on results with room for growth
