Bookkeeper/Administrator for rental apts.

Small family owned apt. building owner/manager seeks self motivated part time (may lead to full) individual to handle back office work. Responsibilities include admin. & bookkeeping along with processing and making bank deposits, DHCR & NYC reg. compliance.
