An established property management and facility maintenance company is seeking a skilled individual to perform repair and maintaince on commercial and residential real estate. The responsibilities of the job are: diagnose, troubleshoot, perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance. This position requires knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems as well as routine carpentry. Must have a valid NYS drivers license, reliable transportation and tools.
Location: Syracuse
Compensation: $10.00-$12.00/hour
